Meet Erica

Philanthropy is Personal

Erica Scott-Adjei is a seasoned philanthropic advisor and fundraiser who is passionate about creating positive social change. Raised by her mom who was a public school teacher, Erica learned the value of hard work and sacrifice, which empowered her to pursue her education. After graduating from Harvard and the University of North Carolina as a first generation low income student, she dedicated her career to serving causes and communities from reproductive justice and immigrant rights, to communities of color and the LGTBQ+ community, to public health, civil rights, and social justice.

Erica became a natural fundraiser at an early age, going door to door selling candy bars and holding car washes or bake sales to raise funds to attend sports competitions or the national speech and debate tournament. Since then, she has translated her fearlessness in fundraising to empower individuals, families, and organizations to envision and realize the change they want to see in the world. Let's put the FUN back in FUNdraising, together!
